Job Summary:

At Stoneybrook Health & Rehab, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team on a per diem basis. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and achieve desired outcomes

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in speech pathology

• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, providing exceptional care to patients and residents

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Speech Pathologist with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
