• $20.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize production downtime

• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns

• Install, assemble, and test production equipment

• Replace worn or defective machine components

• Perform emergency repairs as needed

• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders

• Follow all company safety and quality standards

• 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic math skills, including measurements and fractions

• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Technical training or maintenance certification is a plus

• Welding or machine fabrication experience

• Plumbing or carpentry experience

• Preventative maintenance program experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing facility with industrial equipment

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
