Sales Ambassador

Summary As a Sales Ambassador, you deliver elevated customer experiences on the sales floor by providing product knowledge, personalized styling, and clienteling to drive sales and loyalty. This full-time, in-store role supports team goals, mentors brand ambassadors, and leverages digital tools to grow personal business. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and store events. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge. Drive individual and team sales performance through outreach, clienteling, and use of digital tools like the CRM. Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and store standards. Support merchandising and maintain visual standards across the sales floor. Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing activities. Capture meaningful customer data and utilize tools to enhance long-term client relationships. Requirements Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members. Ability to operate a register and remain on your feet, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and dressing rooms. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
