Patient Coordinator – Join Our Family-Owned Dental Practice!

With two locations in Marlton and Haddonfield , our family-owned, patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Patient Coordinator who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate confidently with patients about treatment plans and financial obligations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, insurance verifications, and billing tasks.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk while keeping patient care a top priority.
  • Take initiative in expanding your knowledge and skills in the dental field.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills – clear, professional, and patient-focused.
  • Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong ability to multitask.
  • At least 2 years of dental experience (Dental Assistants with front desk/insurance experience encouraged to apply!).
  • Understanding of dental procedures & insurance plans (both in-network & out-of-network).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software.
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to professionalism.
  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to grow and succeed.

Schedule:
