With two locations in Marlton and Haddonfield , our family-owned, patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Patient Coordinator who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Communicate confidently with patients about treatment plans and financial obligations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, insurance verifications, and billing tasks.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk while keeping patient care a top priority.
- Take initiative in expanding your knowledge and skills in the dental field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills – clear, professional, and patient-focused.
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong ability to multitask.
- At least 2 years of dental experience (Dental Assistants with front desk/insurance experience encouraged to apply!).
- Understanding of dental procedures & insurance plans (both in-network & out-of-network).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to professionalism.
- A self-starter mindset with a drive to grow and succeed.

Schedule:
- 4-day workweek (includes at least one evening shift per week & every other Saturday).
