Operations and Integration Lead

To support a growing organization, the part-time Operations and Integration Lead will build and maintain a lightweight operating dashboard, clarify ownership and decision pathways, and translate strategic priorities into visible workstreams while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a lightweight operating dashboard across various initiatives and operations Clarify ownership, decision pathways, and approval responsibilities across active workstreams Support important meetings to produce clear next steps and maintain records of key relationships and commitments Required Qualifications 7-15+ years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or mission-driven organizational support Experience supporting a founder or executive director in a small team environment Ability to track multiple workstreams and create order from incomplete information Practical comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms Interest in sustainability, systems change, or organizational learning
