Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required, Circulating experience required, High-Risk experience required, Experience at a high-volume delivery center with 200-300 deliveries per month required, High acuity experience required

License: Active nursing license required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Certification for fetal monitoring from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Must-Have: Must be comfortable floating to postpartum 1-2 shifts a week, Work history must reflect 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience, Skills Checklist must be specific to Labor and Delivery, Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, or chief nursing officer within the past 24 months required, Driver's license required, All candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility

Description: The Registered Nurse provides professional and clinical knowledge in the management of care to patients. The nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing essential skills in patient care. Candidates may be required to float within the same discipline across different units. Local candidates are not allowable; all candidates must meet distance requirements. The position involves working in a dynamic environment with the responsibility of delivering safe, high-quality care. Every third weekend will be required. Experience in high-risk scenarios is essential for this role. The work environment requires adaptability and comfort in floating to different units as needed.
