Role and Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will:

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity.
• Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and workforce planning, to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and service quality assurance.
• Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
