Here's what sets us apart:

• Get trained as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - FREE!We cover all costs and compensate you for your time in the program. You’ll initially be hired as a PCA and be developed into a LNA I with long-lasting career opportunities!

• The training course consists of a combination of classroom, lab and clinical practice in an acute medical/surgical setting. Clinical practice is held at the Medical Center Campus on specific units. Course takes place Monday through Friday.

• A schedule is provided the first day of class.

• A mandatory 4-hour skill practice session will be scheduled prior to the state licensing test.

• Gain valuable experienceworking alongside skilled professionals while you learn.

• Enjoy a supportive work environmentwith opportunities for advancement.

As a LNA, you'll:

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients and families under the guidance of a registered nurse.

• Offer emotional support and companionship.

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Have growth opportunities! After 1 year, you’re eligible to advance to a LNA II with a bump in pay!
