Job Title: Repack Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a repack associate, where you will be responsible for picking, packing, repacking, auditing orders, and scanning bar codes using RF scanners. You will also load and unload trucks, stack pallets onto racks, and operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks, in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for orders.
• Repack and audit orders.
• Scan bar codes into the system using RF scanners.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Stack pallets onto racks.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks.

Essential Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience with warehouse and forklift operations, especially reach trucks.
• Experience with RF scanners and general warehouse duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred experience in shipping and receiving.

Work Environment

This position is located in a modern warehouse setting with normal operating hours and minimal overtime. The facility is exceptionally clean, newly built, and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
