Senior Human Resources Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for full-cycle recruiting, recruiting operations support, staffing agency management, and recruitment reporting across manufacturing, warehouse, engineering, IT, quality, operations, and corporate functions. This role will act as a key partner to the Recruitment Supervisor by maintaining visibility into requisition status, recruiter activity, staffing agency performance, and recruiting metrics. The Senior Recruiter will not have direct management responsibilities, supervisory authority, or disciplinary authority over other recruiters; however, this position will be responsible for collecting weekly recruiter updates, tracking recruiting activity and performance, compiling recruitment data, and providing accurate reporting and status updates to management. The Senior Recruiter is expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of providing real-time information regarding requisitions, hiring status, staffing agency activity, process gaps, and overall recruitment performance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Support hiring for hourly, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and salaried roles across manufacturing, warehouse, quality, engineering, IT, operations, and corporate departments. Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priority level, urgency, and hiring strategy. Coordinate interviews, collect hiring manager feedback, and guide stakeholders through timely decision‑making. Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the recruiting process to support a professional and positive candidate experience. Support high‑volume recruiting needs while maintaining compliance, documentation accuracy, and process consistency. Senior Recruiting Support & Team Activity Tracking Serve as a senior recruiting resource and operational support partner to the Recruitment Supervisor. Collect weekly updates from recruiters regarding completed work, requisition activity, candidate flow, interviews, offers, starts, challenges, and pending items. Track recruiter activity and performance indicators for visibility and reporting purposes. Compile recruiter updates into organized weekly summaries for review by management. Identify gaps, delays, risks, or inconsistent updates and elevate concerns to the Recruitment Supervisor. Provide status updates regarding requisitions, candidate pipelines, recruiter progress, staffing agency support, and hiring priorities as needed. Participate in recruitment meetings with the Recruitment Supervisor, hiring managers, HR, operations leaders, and staffing agencies. Act as a key point of coordination for recruitment‑related information, while maintaining clear boundaries that the role does not include direct authority over other recruiters. Own and maintain recruitment reporting tools, including bulk reporting and recurring recruitment dashboards. Prepare and update requisition status reports, hiring progress reports, and other recruitment tracking documents. Maintain accurate requisition data, including position status, priority level, department, hiring manager, recruiter assignment, days open, candidate activity, interview progress, offer status, and expected start dates. Track and report recruiting metrics including, but not limited to: Time‑to‑fill Time‑to‑offer Offer acceptance rate Source of hire Aging requisitions Turnover by department Staffing agency fill rates Staffing agency response times Candidate quality by agency Conversion rates from temporary to direct hire Support leadership reporting, audits, and data requests by ensuring recruitment data is accurate, organized, and timely. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement based on recruiting data and reporting. Ensure reporting is prepared in a professional, clear, and actionable format for management review. Assist with day‑to‑day communication and coordination with approved staffing agencies. Distribute requisitions to agencies and ensure agencies understand job requirements, urgency, pay ranges, schedules, and hiring expectations. Track staffing agency performance, including candidate submittal volume, candidate quality, response time, attendance, starts, retention, turnover, and conversion success. Monitor agency compliance with Wiwynn standards, documentation requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate submission expectations. Meet with staffing agencies on a weekly and/or quarterly basis to review performance, open needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Provide regular feedback to the Recruitment Supervisor regarding agency effectiveness and overall vendor performance. Support management in determining whether to continue, reduce, expand, or discontinue work with specific agencies. Assist with onboarding new staffing agencies by helping establish expectations, reporting standards, communication cadence, and performance tracking. Track agency usage, markup rates, referral costs, fill rates, turnover, and other agency‑related metrics. Coordinate temp‑to‑hire conversions as required. Requisition & Process Visibility Maintain a strong working knowledge of all active requisitions and be able to provide status updates when requested. Monitor requisition progress from approval through offer acceptance and start date. Track delays related to intake, sourcing, interviews, feedback, offers, background checks, onboarding, or agency support. Ensure hiring managers, recruiters, agencies, and HR stakeholders remain aligned on requisition priorities and timelines. Escalate urgent requisition needs, stalled processes, or recurring issues to the Recruitment Supervisor. Support prioritization of hiring needs based on business urgency, department headcount projections, production needs, and operational timelines. Compliance & Process Discipline Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, labor laws, EEO requirements, and internal hiring procedures. Maintain consistent documentation throughout the recruiting process. Support internal audits and HR compliance reviews related to recruiting activity, requisition status, candidate records, and agency usage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wiwynn
