Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM
Duration: October 5, 2026 through December 11, 2026

About the Role

Catapult Health is seeking a dependable and organized Seasonal Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support our team at our Lewisville, TX office.

In this role, you will help ensure supplies and equipment for onsite events are properly received, organized, packaged, inventoried, and shipped on time. This position is ideal for someone who works well in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and takes pride in keeping a workspace organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship supplies and equipment for onsite events
• Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required shipping documentation
• Stage, organize, and load outbound shipments for carrier pickup
• Prepare ice packs and coolers for daily shipments
• Process returned shipments from onsite events
• Remove damaged supplies and return usable supplies to inventory
• Perform inventory counts and make necessary inventory adjustments
• Maintain accurate equipment and inventory documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Communicate shipment tracking information with onsite teams as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure clinical equipment is clean and functional
• Troubleshoot equipment or coordinate equipment for repair as needed
• Maintain the warehouse and local office space
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong sense of urgency and motivation
• Professional and approachable communication style
• Comfortable using scanners, printers, computers, and other technology
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift for the duration of the seasonal assignment
• Schedule Requirements
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM without interruption from October 5, 2026 through December 11, 2026.
• Catapult Health will be closed on November 26 and November 27 for Thanksgiving.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to exert 30 to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• This position regularly requires standing, walking, squatting, sitting, speaking, and listening for extended periods during the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels.
