About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Power Origination to lead commercial strategy and power marketing across a portfolio of operating and development-stage renewable energy assets. The role oversees origination, negotiation, and execution of long-term offtake agreements, structured products, and contract restructurings, while optimizing both contracted and merchant positions. Responsibilities include advancing projects toward construction and operation, assessing market opportunities, and developing strategies to improve asset value. The executive will lead and develop a commercial team and collaborate with internal partners and external counterparties to align commercial decisions with portfolio priorities. Candidates should bring 15–25 years of senior-level experience in power origination, marketing, commercial leadership, or portfolio management within the U.S. power or renewable energy sector.
