Senior HR Business Partner

Senior Human Resources Business Partner Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team in New York City. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, driving talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience initiatives across a high-performing, client-facing environment. This position offers significant visibility and serves as a key advisor during a period of continued global growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting revenue-generating business units and leading both strategic and hands‑on HR initiatives from concept through execution. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting business leaders, required. Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or similar client‑facing environments, required. Experience supporting sales, go‑to‑market, or other revenue‑generating functions, strongly preferred. Experience partnering with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives, required. Experience leading HR programs and processes including performance management, talent reviews, calibration, and compensation planning, required. Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and growth initiatives, required. The salary for this role is $150K-$190K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
