Job Title: Metal Finisher
Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Finishers for a metal fabrication and manufacturing company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure stainless steel parts meet high-quality standards while supporting efficient production operations. • Operate and monitor an ARKU deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from stainless steel parts
• Load and unload stainless steel parts for processing
• Inspect finished parts for quality, imperfections, and compliance with specifications
• Adjust machine settings and assist with basic machine maintenance as needed
• Sort and organize completed parts for efficient workflow and processing
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Metal Finisher Role:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow directions and multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for an entire shift
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep parts properly sorted and tracked
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
