Regional Education Manager

What You Will Be Doing: Stay abreast of education trends and identify opportunities to apply research and insights to help customers solve problems. Develop deep business relationships with dealers, education customers, and key influencers to secure product specifications and close profitable sales. Operate in the greater Seattle area, covering Alaska and Oregon as the assigned larger geographic region. Manage distribution and longer, complex selling cycles. Serve as the designated design, technical, or learning product expert as needed. Act as a coach and mentor for others to ensure market and account plans are executed and business is secured. Who You Are: Have a keen interest in the evolution of learning and a desire and track record of solving complex business problems. Maintain a broad understanding of the education sector and navigate decision makers within education systems. Possess current knowledge of processes and key issues common to all businesses with emphasis on learning facilities and spaces. Can evaluate a vertical market, create and manage a regional plan. Demonstrate expert interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and cultivate strong relationships. Self‑motivated, self‑directed and willing to accept responsibility for results. Set high goals and standards for self and others in the organization. Self‑starter, committed to excellence, accuracy in work and attention to detail. In lieu of industry‑specific experience, we consider candidates who have a background in value‑based or solution‑based selling and demonstrate the necessary skills to achieve success. Salary Range In compliance with Washington State’s pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $97,900.00 - $125,500.00 - $156,900.00.
