Robotics Clinical Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist in Atlanta to launch and support robotic surgical technology at customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and ensuring successful adoption of the ROSA system and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology support and use
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard accounts and provide clinical support
- Support technology upgrades and handle administrative duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely inquiry response and professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline; Associate's degree with equivalent experience considered
- 2-3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 base salary with $50,000 incentive
