Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is looking for Class A OTR Drivers in Lexington, NC!
The tractor has an automatic transmission. The drivers will hauling windows, screen, hardware, patio doors - floor loaded and strapped on trailer. Drivers tailgate items up to 250 lbs. to rear of the trailer for handoff to customer.
Job Duties: -Multi stop loads. -Verify piece count at each stop. -Report any overage, shortage or damage at the time of occurrence. -All stops are pre-scheduled, driver must keep in touch if running behind or ahead.
Dispatch starts Sunday 8am - most drivers are back Friday afternoon or early evening. Most drivers turn 2 loads per week. Most of our deliveries take place during 7am - 4pm. We deliver to docks and parking lots. Must be able to maneuver in congested parking lots safely. We deliver Midwest-Southeast primarily. Pay is $.56/mile.
Qualifications: -Valid CDL Class A Driver's license. -At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. -Clean MVR. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
