Fund Accounting Manager

Oversee daily fund accounting operations, including NAV production, financial reporting, and reconciliation. Manage and mentor a team of fund accountants, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls. Review complex investment activity, including derivatives, private investments, corporate actions, and valuation adjustments. Ensure all fund activity complies with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Prepare and review financial statements, audit packages, and supporting documentation for external auditors. Monitor expense accruals, budgeting, and fee calculations to ensure proper allocation and transparency. Coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, administrators, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support operational needs. Enhance accounting workflows, reporting processes, and system capabilities to improve efficiency and data integrity. Support new fund launches, product changes, and system implementations through detailed planning and execution. Provide analytical insights on fund performance, trends, and operational risks to senior leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
