Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital Department: Intensive Care Unit Position is located: Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital Work Type: PRN Hours Per Week: 36.00 Work Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Summary: Maine Coast is pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for direct contracting for nurses to come and experience what it is like to be part of the Maine Coast team and mission. We are opening to applications from interested nurses who would like to work directly for the organization in a traveler like role. These nurses will become part of our team as temporary per diem employees for a period of 12 weeks. Nurses will be scheduled as needed in the departments in consultation with the managers of the area, and may be assigned to other areas based on business needs. Positions are available on both nights and days. At the end of the 12 weeks, we welcome you to join our team as a permanent employee in a full time, part time, or regular per diem position. Our talent team will be happy to work with anyone who decides it is time to make Maine Coast your professional home.

Other information: BLS Required. At least one year of experience in nursing.

Education: Essential: * High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)

Working conditions: Essential: * Lifting, moving and loading 30 to 50 pounds. * Alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends).
