We are looking for a part time technician to evolve into full time position when the time comes - Needs to be detail orientated
- Take directions well
- People person that can talk to anyone
- Reliable source of transportation
- Clean MVR and can pass a background check
- Bilingual (not required)

Under $750 sales = 10%
Over $750 = 15%
Over $2k = 20%
Get $15 for every 5 star review with name mentioned

Get 10% of future upsells if converts (ie. Tile& grout, air ducts later, etc...)

For all personally generated jobs Employee quarterly bonus structure


Residential 10%

Commercial 15%

Mitigation 5%
