Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will play a crucial role in assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and delivering holistic support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and care options.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.
Required Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure:
Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
