Cases: Multi-trauma, TBI, SCI, CVA, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, MS; acute disorders, chronic disorders, functional activities 3. Certifications: Not specified 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call not required; weekends required (1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation); floating between acute, medical, ICU and IRF required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; must request all RTO/scheduling requests up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must include response about previous Providence work 10.
