Director, Tech Finance Operations & Transformation

We’re looking for a Director, Finance to join our Technology Procurement FP&A team and help us unleash the potential of every business. About The Team The Technology Procurement FP&A team is part of Global Payments’s Technology & Product FP&A group. The wider group covers all Technology spend across the Company, as well as strategic investments in our Products and Services. The team ensures Technology, Procurement and Finance stakeholders have the right information to deliver large and/or complex deals with our vendors. They model deals correctly, provide options, and manage stakeholders to ensure value is delivered. What You’ll Own As The Director Lead the Technology Procurement FP&A function Manage relationships with and coordinate multi‑functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Technology, Controllership, Technical Accounting, Treasury, and project workstreams Own Procurement Process Review (“PPR”) analysis and allocations for large and/or complex multi‑year purchase agreements Oversee PPR pipeline, cash‑flow forecasting, and presentations Maintain ad‑hoc trackers, approvals, and PRs/POs Model vendor agreements in financial models for Business Cases Support Procure‑to‑Pay finance and accounting teams Support Procurement and Finance integration, separation, and transformation initiatives What You’ll Bring Knowledge of FP&A and accounting principles, practices and processes in an international matrix organization Understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay finance processes Effective communication skills and ability to partner with non‑finance teams Strong critical‑thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems Ability to contribute strategically and operationally, while advancing best practices in Finance operations Ability to plan and accomplish work to meet critical deadlines Team leadership experience It’s a Bonus If You Have CPA or international equivalent Oracle EPBCS experience SAP Ariba and/or Zip experience Prior experience with vendor contracts and procurement discussions Prior experience championing organizational process improvement and change‑management initiatives Experience working with global stakeholders in North America, Europe and Asia Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
