Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Ballad Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: BSN required for international clinicians.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Cares for med/surg trauma, orthopedic, and uro/gyn patients ages 15 and up. Provider-specific voiding trials several times a week. Sutures and staples removal as needed. Expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education in addition to clinical care.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48 schedules available. Rotating weekends and rotating holidays.
