Regular part-time, in-person engagement may be required for training or team meetings, allowing for relationship-building within the team.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients, taking into account their personal histories and presenting issues, which may include trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address varying mental health needs.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in developing coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and fostering resilience.

  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

  • Provide crisis intervention services via phone or virtual platforms, employing de-escalation techniques and guiding clients to appropriate supportive resources when necessary.
