About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0318 in Fishers, IN, as a Sales Associate! This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with fitness enthusiasts and help them achieve their health goals while promoting a vibrant community culture.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.


• Manage membership sales and renewals while exceeding sales targets.


• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment for an exceptional member experience.


• Engage with the community through outreach events and social media promotion.


• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with members.


• Phone calls, email, and texts to leads and bringing new people in the door. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
