• Four 10's | Friday - Monday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Four 8's | Friday - Monday 10:00AM - 7:00 PM

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements:

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
