What You’ll Do

• Participate in patient rounding with residents and develop patient care plans
• Review patient status, place orders, and manage discharges
• Provide inpatient neurosurgery care, including removal of drains (Hemovac/JP) preferred
• Manage postoperative patients and coordinate with the healthcare team
• Work primarily with adult patients in a hospital setting
• Document patient assessments and interventions using Epic EMR
• Support the neurosurgery team with patient management and procedures

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (BC)
• Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 1 year neuro inpatient experience
• Ability to perform drain removal (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in neurosurgery care

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic EMR
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment
