Associate Clinical DirectorLocation: Woburn, MA Salary Range: $75k-$85k depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a to 5pm Become an Associate Clinical Director that makes a difference… Offering premier services at locations across Eastern Massachusetts, NuPath, Inc. is changing the way the wider world views people living with disabilities – Join an industry-leading team today to help people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives in a safe, caring, and secure environment.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:An advanced degree of MS, MA, MED, or PhD from recognized university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Mental Health Counseling, Education with certification in Disabilities, clinical social work, or psychology.Licensure in the State of Massachusetts is required including the following: Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Professionally Licensed Teacher, or as a Licensed Psychologist.Demonstrated training in Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Supports.Experience working with adults with IDD in clinically challenging residential and/or day services settings providing clinical supports.OBJECTIVE: To provide ensure that the highest quality of clinical services, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Positive Behavior Supports are provided to the people supported by NuPath across all programs.ESSENTIAL SKILLS:The ability to work independently, be organized, and use good time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills including public speakingExcellent computer skills and knowledgeable in the use of AI and technologyThe ability to complete a thorough, accurate functional behavior assessmentThe ability to develop a behavior treatment plan from assessment resultsThe ability to provide others with feedback/training in both informal and formal settingsThe ability to read, interpret, and use in practice current research, MA regulations, ethical standards…PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must have the physical ability to stand frequently during the day, engage in repeated stooping or bending at the waist and be able to go up and down stairs several times during the shift. Must be able, if required, to visually monitor people served for safety and if needed to physically intervene and ensure the safety of individuals in the program and others.WORK LOCATIONS: Day services based with routine observations in residential homes.OVERVIEW OF SPECIFIC DUTIES:Oversight of Caseload, all clinical aspects: Meetings, assessments, plans, staff training, data….Ensure clinical work meets ethical standards as well as MA Regulations.Develop and provide clinical training for agency personnel, specific and general training.Maintain clinical practice according to ethical and industry standards.Participate in NuPath Human Rights Committee meetings.Positive support of agency development and growth, support and implement PBS Initiative, provide tours, internal and external presentations…Maintain general safety, respond to crisis situations, provide crisis intervention when necessary including physical restraint, obtain PABC certification, become a PABC instructor.Complete CEUs, learning and continuing education opportunities, mandatory core trainings, and stay current with relevant research.Adhere to all NuPath policies and procedures, abide by the NuPath Code of Conduct, and Dress Code.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Must have valid MA or NH Driver's License.Are You Ready to Make a Difference?The desire to learn from your colleagues, create life-changing experiences for our clients, and witness career growth with an amazing team is essential!
