• No More Rushed Turnarounds: We build appropriate breaks between sessions to give you time to reset, document, and rest.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per one-hour massage.
• Gratuities: You keep 100% of your tips. (Avg $15-20+ per hour)
• Commissions: Additional earning potential through enhancements and retail.
• PTO, Retirement, and Supplemental Insurance available
• Monthly Compensated 1-Hour Massage + Discounted Retail
• Annual AMTA Membership and Liability Insurance:  No cost to you. Membership includes free/discounted CEU's

Role Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of active licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• Schedule: Full-time commitment (minimum of 25 massage hours per week).
• Expertise: We welcome and encourage therapists with specializations (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Myofascial, Lymphatic, Craniosacral or Trigger Point therapy).
• Values: A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture through emotional intelligence and respectful coworker relationships.
