Benefits Bonus based on performance Company car Free uniforms Training & development Responsibilities Looking for a diligent hard working person who has experience managing and building teams in the services industry. Preferably home services industry. Someone who has run or managed teams or a business and looking to earn equity while getting paid a good salary to help stabilize and grow an emerging company in the local market. Must have the ability to sell, build systems and schedules. This person will be instrumental in helping grow a young company into a leader in the community and greater Houston area. He/ she will run the day to day business with an owner who is here to support them every step of the way. He/ she will be provided a company truck + gas card, Bonuses tied to profits and equity earn outs over the coming years. Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Application Note This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
