About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Information Security with a focus on Manufacturing Plant Security, Product Security, and Application Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for the global security strategy and execution across these three critical domains. This includes leading the security efforts for manufacturing plants, IoT-enabled and digital health products, and application security within the engineering organizations. The role involves building and leading a team of security professionals, partnering with business leaders to integrate security into operations, and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework. The VP will also be the key representative of the company's security strategy and risk posture to executive leadership and various committees. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 12 years' in information security, including direct ownership of security in a global organization. Essential experience includes manufacturing plant security, product security, or application security, particularly in the context of FDA medical device cybersecurity requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security frameworks, modern application security practices, and experience leading security functions in multi-country organizations. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are a plus, as is experience in a diversified, multi-business-unit organization with a decentralized business model. The role requires the ability to travel internationally and a proven track record of operating in a global, multi-site environment.
