Our organization is currently in search of a board-certified otolaryngologist to provide exceptional care at our stunning Southern Lakes facility located in Burlington, Wisconsin.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time Otolaryngologist
  • Your primary workplace will be our state-of-the-art ambulatory day surgery center, Aurora Southern Lakes, situated in Burlington. This facility features 5 operating rooms and 5 procedure rooms, with all diagnostic services available on-site.
  • Hospital locations include Burlington and Elkhorn.
  • The Otolaryngology Division consists of specialists in various fields, including Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine, all ready to offer their support.
  • Experience a diverse range of cases and treat patients of all ages.
  • Work alongside a skilled support team, including a Medical Assistant and a Registered Nurse.
  • Benefit from a robust referral network within the clinic and the surrounding community.
  • Located just 35 miles from Milwaukee and a little over an hour and a half from Chicago.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
  • Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
  • Take advantage of DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, designed to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and editing.
  • Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Salary: $545,596
  • Generous student loan forgiveness program available.
