Key Responsibilities Lead and develop high‑performing teams through hiring, coaching, and retention Oversee multi‑site operations (8–15 locations), ensuring strong clinical, financial, and patient outcomes Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive recruiting, growth, and market expansion Use KPIs to guide performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to maximize access and utilization Foster a collaborative, accountable culture while ensuring compliance and clear communication Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred 5–7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally multi‑site, with a track record of growth and new site openings Proven leader with strong communication skills and ability to build, develop, and motivate teams Data‑driven, with the ability to translate insights into action and drive results through effective delegation Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments with a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations Compensation: Base compensation with total earnings potential up to $150,000 annually, inclusive of bonus. This position is located in our Colorado market and will only entertain candidates in this market. It will require travel within the larger market.
