Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, IL.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois OT license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation and treatment plans consistent with facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with adaptive equipment, ADL training, and cognitive-perceptual interventions preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
