Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift; ensure proper shift assignments and compliance; manage coverage; maintain regulatory compliance. Identify emergencies; make rounds; maintain nursing standards; implement policies and procedures; educate staff. Ensure accurate time sheets and payroll; discipline staff; review incidents and reports; handle verbal orders; employ CPR when necessary. Assist Nursing Program Specialist with assessments for Resident Care Plan meetings; ensure documentation within 24 hours. Participate in utilization of supplies; maintain equipment; assist in emergencies; maintain clean environment; census and satisfaction; engage in continuing education and quality improvement. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
