LPN Supervisor 7pm - 7am, Sunday

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor tooversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care and professionalism you bring to the services you provide are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day. Schedule: 7PM-7AM, Sunday Additional responsibilities include: Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions ofthe Director of Wellness Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders It’s essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently Behaviors Enthusiastic : Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Dedicated : Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Innovative : Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking Team Player : Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Education Required Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
