Key Responsibilities Install Paint Protection Film (PPF): Apply PPF (XPEL) at an expert level to various areas of vehicles, including hoods, bumpers, fenders, side mirrors, and doors, ensuring flawless, seamless application. Luxury Vehicle Expertise: Work with high‑end, exotic, luxury vehicles; providing professional, precise care to meet the standards of discerning clients. Customer Interaction: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding their specific needs for vehicle protection. Attention to Detail: Ensure that the film is applied with precision, cutting, trimming, shaping as necessary for optimal fit and appearance. Maintain Equipment/Workspace: Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition. Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of installations to ensure the highest standard of workmanship. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other installers, technicians, and management to ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet company standards. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years as a PPF Installer with a proven track record of high‑quality installations; experience with luxury or exotic vehicles is a strong plus. Skills: Ability to work with precision, strong problem‑solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Customer‑Focused: Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric approach. Experience interacting with luxury clientele is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, lift up to 35 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Desire for Growth: Willingness to learn and stay up to date on the latest PPF techniques, products, and technologies. Novices Need Not Apply. This role is for experienced professionals only. • 50,000 – $250,000 per year
• 50,000 – $130,000 base
• 50,000 – $250,000 final compensation (salary + commission)

Working Interview Required All applicants must complete a working interview during the hiring process. This interview will assess your hands‑on PPF installation skills in a live environment. You must bring your own tools (squeegees, blades, gloves, etc.); PPF film will be provided by us.
