The Executive Director will also be tasked with uniting diverse constituencies, managing staff and consultants, ensuring financial sustainability, and partnering with the Board of Directors to implement strategic plans. The role requires a highly organized, professional leader with experience in relationship building, consensus building, and collaborative leadership. A background in a nonprofit association, trade association, or mission-driven membership organization is strongly preferred, as is experience in financial management and budgeting.
