What you will have an opportunity to do: Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented MClub Attendant to join our team at our full-service hotel! This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where service excellence and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do: Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience What are we looking for? A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)
