Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to restore function and mobility
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
