Description:
The CVICU RN is competent to care for both cardiac medical and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients.
This role involves a 2:1 patient ratio, including patients with devices such as Impella, IABP, LVAD, and NxStage.
The position requires strong critical thinking and nursing skills to ensure optimal patient care in a high-acuity environment.
The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
