Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, continuous care to individuals and families through all life stages, addressing the needs from childhood through elderly care.
• Effectively manage chronic disease, preventive measures, acute ailments, and mental health issues with a patient-centered lens.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic assessments, and design individualized treatment strategies.
• Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health providers, and specialists to ensure integrated, holistic healthcare delivery.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently in possession of) an active Arizona medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
