Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1940 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: CAPD experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course preferred.

Special Requests: Assignment length may vary: 13 - 16 weeks.

Unit Details: General Med/Surg telemetry and renal unit. Adult and geriatric patients. Uses Cardizem, Nitro, and Heparin drips. Oxygen support includes trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and nasal cannula. Nurses are expected to read and interpret telemetry every 4 hours in Epic. Phlebotomy is available for peripheral lab draws. Charge nurses are out of ratio on days and in ratio on nights.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
