ERP Specialist

PrideStaff is looking for an ERP Specialist for a manufacturing company in Escalon, CA. The work order ERP Specialist is responsible for processing and managing work orders within the ERP system. (Acumatica). This is a temp to hire position requiring strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 6:30am-3:00 pm / Fridays from 5am-130pm
Pay Range: $16.90/HR to $17.00/HR

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process, enter, and update work orders in Acumatica
- Review work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Track and monitor work order status to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Generate reports as needed
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Recent order processing, operations, or administrative support experience (1-3 years preferred)
- Proficient in computer systems; ERP experience preferred
- Experience with Acumatica is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
