Key responsibilities Providing technology leadership for new product development, cost optimization, and engineer-to-order solutions Planning and managing the implementation of new technologies into product development and execution Driving cross-functional collaboration to align engineering strategy with business objectives and market needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any Science discipline) Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/technical roles with strong competency in mechanical design Demonstrated experience leading teams in engineering or product development environments Experience developing and updating design standards and best practices Minimum of 5 years of engineering project management experience in new product development
