Family Nurse Practitioner $125000 - $176000 per year | Newberg, OR | On-Site | Permanent Job Details We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, with a specific focus on internal medicine. This role requires a compassionate professional who can develop and implement detailed care plans, educate patients and their families on health management, and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients and evaluate their health status Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
