At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide good food, good beer, and good times to our guests. We have been committed to achieving this goal since 2003, and are looking for hardworking individuals to join in this mission as part of our prep team. Whether you have prior food preparation experience or are interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.
Position Duties:
- Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards
- Reading recipes, guest orders, etc.
- Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils
- Maintaining proper sanitation control of products
- Operating in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
