Commercial Loan Documentation Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation, review and management of loan documentation for the commercial loan portfolio of the bank. This role ensures that loan documents are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan approval terms. A Commercial Loan Documentation Manager oversees the Commercial Loan Document Preparation department of the bank and works with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure processes and procedures are efficient.Qualifications Preferred:3 + years of commercial loan documentation experience preferred3+ years of management experience preferredHigh level of knowledge of commercial loan products and documentationPrevious experience with Laser Pro, preferredExcellent interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailPossesses multi-tasking skills and function well under pressurePresent and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether verbally or writtenOpenness to wearing multiple hats and being a team playerAbility to establish effective working relationships among team members Position Location - Carbondale Main, 301 E.
