Shop Supervisor
Marine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Shop Supervisor for our machining and fabrication shop in Paducah, KY location. 42003
Responsibilities
- Supervise machining, fabrication and repair of components in Industrial and Marine applications
- Work effectively with co-workers, manage 10+ employees Finish
- Communicate directly with customers
- Interface directly with suppliers to obtain technical information
- Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects
- Effectively work as a Team Leader
- Able to generate quotes for Minor/Major Projects
- CAD/CAM, simulation software, and proficient with data analysis tool
- Perform activities within department budget and schedule requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 – 7+ years of experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have good writing skills
